Brownfield Redevelopment in the City Center
The story of the Lemberger textile factory in Frýdek (1893) continues. Even during the era of Austro-Hungarian manufacturing, the factories and their production facilities were examples of high-quality architectural and construction achievement. This proposal builds on that tradition, once again through local production. The proposal involves not only the construction of production halls but also the restoration of the historic building and the creation of a public space that is an integral part of the city.
